PGB Consignment Agreement — PGB Estate & Property Group LLC

This agreement is between you (the Owner) and PGB Estate & Property Group LLC (PGB) for the consignment sale of your furniture item(s).

Pickup & Intake. PGB will pick up your item on the Thursday you select. A non-refundable $25 intake fee is collected at pickup. This fee covers handling, cleaning, and listing — and applies whether the item sells or not.

Your Payout. When your item sells, PGB pays you 40% of the final sale price via Venmo or Zelle within 48 hours of the sale.

Pricing. PGB sets the listing price based on current market data. If unsold after 7 days, PGB may reduce the price and will notify you before doing so.

Ownership. You confirm you are the legal owner of the item(s) and have the right to sell them.

Condition. If the item arrives in significantly different condition than shown in your photos, PGB may decline the pickup. The $25 intake fee still applies if PGB has made the trip.

Unsold Items. If unsold within 60 days, PGB will contact you. You may arrange return at your own cost or authorize PGB to donate or liquidate the item.

No Guarantee. PGB makes every reasonable effort to sell your item at fair market value. PGB cannot guarantee a sale or a specific sale amount.
